As with much of our work, the clothing worn during the performance plays a pivotal part in the project. In fact specific articles of clothing are frequently the only marker that a performance is occurring. Also most of our formal concerns with color are worked out in clothing. At PS1 both Dawn's dress and my coat were designed and constructed specifically for this project.
